About us
An “uthon” is the open courtyard of a Bengali home — where the family gathers, children play and neighbours drop in. We believe a home is more than walls: it is an open, trusting relationship, like a courtyard. Hence the name: Uthonbari — the courtyard home.
Uthonbari is a new housing group starting with three sister companies: Uthonbari Properties Limited (UBPL) for projects for sale, Uthonbari Builders Limited (UBBL) for our own housing development, and Uthonbari Construction Limited (UBCL) for construction services on clients' land. We are part of the Chashabari family, with the same founding value: trust is our foundation.
We do not begin with grand claims. We have no handed-over projects, awards or decades of history yet — and none are invented on this site. What we have: a clear process, published approvals, bank-channel transactions, and the habit of putting every promise in writing. From the first project to the first handover, every milestone will be added to this site with its date — that timeline will be our real identity.
